My Last 6 Braincells
This is a world build for Building Virtual Worlds Last Round at CMU Entertainment Technology Center. Aiming for the festival, we create a 6-player game. Each player takes on the role of a brain cell, with only one button to move forward within the team. But be careful—pressing too many times will push you to the back of the line. Every brain cell has a unique task to complete. Work with your team and strive for the highest score!

Design Objectives
There are no specific requirements for this project. The primary goal is to design an experience for the festival. We have the freedom to choose the platform and the format of the game. The more participants, the better!
My Contributions
Game Mechanism: Designed and implemented the switching system for brain cells.
Input Systems: Integrated the adaptive controller for intuitive player interaction.
Leaderboard: Implemented a leaderboard system to track and display player scores.
Menu: Created the menu interface for easy navigation between game and leaderboard.
GameManager: Unified the GameManager across different scenes for better management and consistency.
What I've learned:
Focusing on a single interaction and refining it deeply helps control project scope, boosts efficiency, and highlights the core appeal of the game.
There are many ways to elevate gameplay, but sometimes it’s necessary to make trade-offs.
Ensuring players quickly understand and immerse themselves in the game is key to good design. Clear instructions and reinforcing the connection between buttons and characters are effective methods.
